Happy Spring, everyone!

I celebrated by turning over my "small" garden by myself, with a shovel. Couldn't wait for DH to do it with the tiller. I hurt, but it's done. Not gonna do that in the big garden, no sir.

Pretty nice day out there, wish I could put some plants out in the garden but we are still expecting some pretty cold weather. Too soon.

Sent a shipment of eggs out this morning - besides the two batches I incubated for myself, I have been able to sell every fertile egg so far. Nice to be able to pay for my feed and supplies with money I bring in from the fertile eggs.

Mine is Easter Sunday, more excited for Easter than I am for my birthday though! We always do Easter Egg hunts for the little kids.

Mine is Easter Sunday, more excited for Easter than I am for my birthday though! We always do Easter Egg hunts for the little kids.

Always enjoy the grandbabies doing the egg hunt.
We do use those plastic ones so there are NO
surprise finds later in the summer. We always count
the eggs before we hide them but it always seems
one or so end up missing.......especially since the
kids like to rehide them afterwards to find them
again...........always love those holidays for the kids
