Do you know that my goslings have teeth, and man those little buggers love to give "lovenips"

I am very happy to say that I made a little 9 year old girls day today. They came from about 2-1/2 hours away to pick up some chicks I hatched for them. By time they were thru seeing all the wonderful birds they left with 7 blue/black/splash/lavender chicks and a pair of black bantam orpingtons.

They said they will be back for more of the bantam orps just as soon as I have some more colors available.

You all should know that an empty incubator is just as bad as having Silkies around! It begs and whispers for eggs just like Silkies used mind control for you to hatch more of them - we've been experimenting with Tin Foil hats here in NY to see if it helps - then we went to full suits.....still not working.

That's why I just sold one of my Little Giant Incubator and Egg Turners today so that I wouldn't be tempted to fill it before we moved back down South. Starting to sell off the "Chicken Kids" very painful but I am sure it would be harder on them.

Bad weather here tomorrow, had bad storms last night but we hit 80 today which was very nice with no rain - the last time we had two days in a row over 80 was early last September. Man, I'll be glad to get back South again!

Good evening all, not had too much time to write so busy at work....... Golf tournament coming up next week here in Charlotte, so 10 hour days for me. But I do have the May 7th off as it is our 7th Wedding Anniversary........ Sheba and babies are all doing well out side and Henry is very protective of them, even with me!!

Will write more tomorrow......

Gavin.

I was going to ask the same thing... I moved to FL from NY with a van full of chickens, rabbits & barn cats. All I left behind was dust.
