I am near hwy 40 /42, exit 312 off of I-40

I have many chickens, I have 9 Lavender Orpingtons, 9 Black Copper Marans, 13 Swedish Flower, 6 Lavender Araucana.
Glad to see so many people in NC with Chickens.

My parents live near 312 hwy 42 too. I'm actually at the west end of 42 before it ends and you have to pick up back up again at the end of 401.

sj I love those peeps they are sp pretty, they look like blondes, I thought RIR's were red.

they are cuties! and I love that towel will have to look for one at our Walmat which is 25 miles from us. so cute! we under a freeze warning tomorrow night, oh well it won't last long

I said the same thing about the chicks Miss Lydia.. The farm store said they start out this color and grow into there red.. I think they said something about a cross breed? I'm slowly seeing the red feathers appear on the hens. The Roosters.. I asked what they were and I cant remember for the life of me what they told me...
