If your worried about keeping it loaded, what we do is have our ammo close by when the grankids come but not where they could come across it.

Yeap, It's a Mossberg 410 for me!! I have had it for almost 20 years and just love it. Talk about accurate!

BTW - Have chickens..... must have gun!

Vfem, I'm so sorry!!!! I am a dog lover but luckily have 2 great, easy going dogs and I can't imagine them doing anything like that. We do have unleashed dogs in the neighborhood but luckily so far their all friendly and just come by and say hello. I hope you find a solution and don't lose any more of your sweeties!!!

Bhep, glad your power outage didn't hurt your hatch! It's been awhile since I've seen baby pics and could use a dose of cuteness!

scm have you posted in the auctions? I would love to have a big roo! but since I have 4 roos now I have to wait awhile [2 are from this years hatch] we haven't put in the freezer yet.

ME X BIG FAT UGLY SNAKE = WAR

Stupid snake TRIED to eat one of my white Polish juvis. Well dumb butt couldn't swallow her, got as far as her breast bone and spit her back out. I am losing all my Polish one by one.

They may be moving back inside until full grown.

Snake trap ideas anyone ??????

........snakes are more a problem with my pigeons and the snake does the same thing, either eats eggs or babies but will try to take a juvi and end up spitting it out.
