im sure ive had ... when i was younger my dad feed us all kind of game without us knowing ... im sure its got a gamey taste like rabbit

Hmmm, think I will pass on that then. Not a fan of the gamey flavors. But then again if I was hungry enough I bet I would chow down like it was a steak.

I ate raccoon when I was a teenager and I agree that it's rather gamey. But I've never considered rabbit gamey. oh! Good Morning, Happy Chicken People! Spring Break is over and I must return to work tomorrow. That means I have lots of prep work I must do today. Ugh. Still, it means the semester is half over and summer will be along soon. It also means that I'm going to have a bad case of spring fever this year, so I need to get as much done this week as humanly possible! New babies in the house...Ameraucanas hatching away, and one single Silver Sussex. Enjoy your day!

Good morning!

I've decided I'm truly chick-deranged. We went to two pig-pickins yesterday, and were gone from 3:00 in the afternoon until about 10:00 last night. I had moments of anxiety that I left my chicks at home that long. Reality check when I got home and everyone's fine and acts like you're bothering them when you walk in. They don't even notice I'm gone, LOL.
