I seem to remember something about people trying to get them allowed. But people wanted Chapel Hill to be more "sophisticated" and get urban. They basically wanted to get as far away from the cities/states rural roots. Maybe if you can get enough people together you can try and get them allowed. I know Raleigh allows them and so do most other larger cities. Even Fayetteville, who in my opinion wants to be Raleigh, allows them.

Good to know. Awww, come on 10 is just a good starting point. I told myself I was going to stop with 2, then was only going to ad 4 more, then only 11 more, and now looking to order and add about 10 more. Not including the ducks. The "I need a baby chick" bug will hit you and then there will be an explosion of cute fluffiness around you.

Good morning folks

I think we got a taste of what winter may be this year these last few
days..........it got a bit cold. I hope everyone stayed warm. The wet
weather kept me inside mostly because I was still getting over the last
of a cold I got last weekend. This past weekend was one for a nice
fire in the fireplace to warm by and sit with friends drinking coffee........
I need a fireplace
