Oh, awhile back someone was talking about a site to sell poultry on, it wasn't craigslist it was just for livestock, but I can't find it! Anyone remember or know what I'm talking about???
 
My birthday was just on the 18th. :3
Happy birthday to everyone else!! All you spring babies. Such a good time of year to be born. :)
NPIP lady coming at 9am but I had a dream she got here at 8!! I also dreamt that my guineas kept escaping and I had to grab them by their tails! I hope they don't actually escape like my dream.. I want them to earn their jewelry today. :)

Anyone know where I can buy composted manure or something for my raised beds???

There's this placed called Circle M farms or something like that out by Parkton that is selling truck loads for $20. My husband took off work this whole week to get these gardens done. Granted it rained early in the week, but she made an appointment with him to come get A LOT for yesterday, then changed it to today. Now she's saying it's too wet, to try again for next Tues since she doesn't work Sun & Mon.

My husband can't take anymore time off work, so I need another alternative as I NEED to get this garden done, I have empty raised beds all over my front yard it looks awful!!!

When they did mine, they DID arrive quite early! Appointment for 9:00, arrived at 8:15.
 
Hi everyone, I'm in Asheville,NC. I am suppose to receive my little chicken coop and run today. I'm so excited. I haven't been around chickens since I was a little girl. Can't wait to get my first chickens. And I'm sure I will be posting a lot of questions for you guys.
