I need to put in a goldfish pond and have been trying
to decide where is the best place for it.

NOT underneath your deciduous trees!! We have a goldfish pond that was abandoned when we bought the house. I cleaned it out and got it going again, only to learn why it had been abandoned the first time.

It's right on the edge of the forest. It's gorgeous when it's working, but it fills with leaves constantly. Then the leaves coat the pump. The pump overworks itself and burns out pretty quickly. It's a lot more work than I care to deal with - especially, since a lot of that work is freezing cold, wet, and slimy. Wet and slimy I'm fine with, but add freezing cold to the equation and I turn into a big baby.

If not for the leaves, I think it would be relatively low maintenence.

I have a few serama cockerals that seem to be getting crooked tails.. I was gonna take them to the east fay flock swap.. but now in concerned about wry tail idk . I cant keep them I don't need them .. any suggestions.. and if anybody does want them u can have them considering I don't know how the tail thing is gonna pan out I don't feel comfortable charging anyone for them .. I can deliver them to the swap.

Understand although these were sold as Ameracaunas, they are probably EE which is fine....However, would someone check out that little yellow "EE" and tell me why he/she is so different? It has the same markings (although faint)....

EE's can come out any color or patern as I understand it because from what I've heard and read anything mixed with true ameracauna is classified as easter egger someone correct me if I'm wrong but EE is not a true breed and commonly get sold as ameracauna. Don't get me wrong one of my favorites is EE I have a yard full but I aslo love mutt chickens because they're like a box of chocolate lol
