Thanks Alan, I've been updating it a little here and there, especially when I notice my misspelling! LOL Wonder if I'll ever get things finished? I was also glad I had taken my picts as it has developed. Makes me feel good about what I've managed to accomplished. There were so many people who didn't believe I could do it that it made me even more determined! Have found one thing I can't do...

....One of my older/wiser chickens got out of my smaller coop last evening when I was cleaning the poop board...cannot get her back in...tried food, etc. Couldn't find her last night when I knew she would be roosting. Any ideas? I know she lays pretty much every day...

Good morning up there in Yadkin valley~~ Was just out on the deck with my tea....yep, its a little cool here too. Getting ready to head home. Stayed the night with grand so I could get her to soccer but need to run by and get my ladies situated on the way. Hope everyone has a great day...

My wife is wanting a barred rock hen. She had one in the past but it was attacked by a dog and she lost it. I was wanting to get her one to surprise her. If anyone knows where to get one let me know
