Good morning folks and welcome to the new ones

It has been hot here for a few days. Sure hope it doesn't
get much hotter than this for the summer....the birds and
I just might melt if it does. Going to need to get the ice
bottles into the freezer.

Just a reminder, always look before a kid goes. I move a cement block everyday by sticking my foot in the hole and pull it out towards me as I undo the chicken gate. Yesterday as I was doing this to send my little girl in for eggs, I seen a copper head under the cement block. I put the block back and sent her in the house as I grabbed the snake fork (little marsh mellow/ hot dog forks that my mom found at Walmart last year that can extend in and out for $1 to $2). I did manage to pen it down and it was safely removed to a wooded area well away from homes. Please be on the look out for snakes, but do remember that they are mother nature's rodent control.

Does anyone here feed Nuterna poultry feed and are they having any problems with trash mixed in with the feed?
