I have heard the wooden ones are considered antiques.they is not much mechanical parts to them so If it is in over good shape it probably does work. Price wise that's cheap compared to the wooden incubators I have seenanyone seen a incubator like this. Man said it wks. Wants 175 for it. Is it worth that?

That is looks like an older QGF model. If is has built in turning system then it is along the lines of a 1200 series. If not then it is a hatcher model. Some have 2 turning trays and the 3rd bottom tray is for hatching. The hatcher(no turner) can be used to incubate, but you will have to hand turn.

1. If it has the turning system and it works well.
2. Heats to correct temp and is stable.
If 1 and 2 are true, then yes, but I would offer $150 and see where it goes.
It does need a humidity pan for the top shelf. That will run you a good $20-$30 if you get a 'real' one.
