At auction they go for 2-5 each, at MOST.

the only roosters worth $$ are gentle, sociable purebreds for breeding.

I got $10 for an aggressive rooster. I guess the guy that got him was more interested in butchering his own dinner than going to Bojangles lol.

I'm not sure.
Contact your County Agricultural Extension Office to see if they have that information or likely you can look up ordinances for your County online.

My cousin has a few French Black Copper Maran Roosters if that helps. My rooster is a very good Roo, but he's getting old.

And I know the difference between a pullet and a Roo. Just an FYI.
