Nice to see you back Em, thinking an emu might have stole ya there.
G&A I have had a rooster pad and it did fine, till I had to add one more. Than it messed the pecking order up and all but for the most part they were fine with just the few pecking order fights. The lower roos will end up playing hens to the higher roos and lose some back and neck feathers just like hens.
