thanks! Sweet daughter is now almost 13! Stevie can see perfectly and will intervene in any disturbance regardless of where it is in the run. Amy, on the other hand, is challenged. I don't clip her feathers, and have asked about it on the Polish thread, but didn't get any answers. She manages ok, tho, and if she picks her head up high, the feathers get thrown back a little bit. She can also manipulate them, almost like a peacock. I've seen her spread them apart and then they go back together.

As far as addicting,

yup. And I love all 22!

Hope everyone is having a good week so far.

We FINALLY got some rain.

Don't know there is much vegitation left alive for the rain to help but I have hopes.

We haven't lost any birds to the heat except for one older hen,

thank goodness, but I have not got any shipped eggs from swaps to hatch.

Between the PO and heat they just didn't develope.

I sure hope this heat lessens soon.

We got an egg!! Our very first egg, Hunter found it in the rose garden lol, so now to guess was it a BO or RIR? I will post pics as soon as my cord gets here!
