Morning everyone........

I have chicks hatching this morning.
I had 6 buff Silkies hatch Tues. And I have bantam Salmon Faverolles hatching, 2 out & 2 pips.

all these babies!

(I have no room to talk I have 16 chicks in the house) so I know the feeling - but the incubator is gone for the winter - friend is borrowing it. (Its not in sight so I can't just plug it back up haha)

Okay Chicken people...explain this to me...WHY is it that I provide fresh, CLEAN water to my chickens daily but they would prefer the dirty water that is sitting outside that has collected on an old slide or in a mud puddle somewhere? I ask you, what is wrong with my clean water??

Some chicken things, I just don't get!!
