Picture of mallard duckling same age as yours.

Ok so I got 5 duckling, they are 4 days old. TSC said they were rouen but they are just a little bit bigger then my 4 day old standard polish chicks!? Do you guys think they are rouen or just plain mallards?

I think we've decided on frizzles are domiques..... not 100% sure tho, open to suggestions.
we already have: ameracaunas, BO's, CQ's, Black stars, EE's, Barredrock/light brahma mixes, and a few silkies.
I'm looking for something different but that will fit into the flock and still be a good layer. HELP

Luke, most frizzles are cochins, which lay good but also go broody almost as much as a silkie. So what kind of frizzle are you looking for, because frizzle is a feather type not a breed. If we know what frizzled breed than we might be able to help you out better.

I'm not sure, I saw in your tagline thingy you had frizzles, and you're in fayetteville!!! maybe if you had some I could come see them and maybe take a few off your hands?!

On a side note: has anyone ever had a broody BO? one of my girls has been sitting in the nest box for 2 days!
