My little chicks are doing ok. The one I was worried about is better LOL and another is just a pill. I though it was sick or weak because it was making a racket, but no, just mad at another chick.

I want to go to the flock swap on Sat. hoping it works out that way.

Really want to go home and nap, but have to work for a few more hours. Ugh.

On a funny note, I feed the chicks eggs this morning and my DH says I was supporting cannibalism.

They really liked the eggs.

He also said he wants to get me a sticker for my van that says "I <3 chicks" I didn't find it as funny as my 16 year old son did.

I've been selling eggs at my office job for a while now and one lady asked what I fed them.
after I told her that they ate steak and chicken as treats she freaked out and wanted her money back....LOL

They've been in since monday evening, I'm not home to watch them during the day but they seem to be more flighty than everyone else....and everyone free-ranges and doesn't get locked up at night. there's no top on the yard so I'm afraid I'll come home and they'll be run away or worse run over =(
