Hello Neighbor!

The kids and I have named some, ones that I get from other people keep their names if the people have named them. Than theres the ones like my sumatra roo, he never had a name but the whole pen that he was in was and still is called the sumatra pen. But most dont have names, the few that do, its for a reason. for ex- Peepers (Jeepers creepers where'd you get them peepers song) hatched with a bad eye and needed alot of hands on care, still does but not as bad now.

Mousekinz I'm still sick

Some of ours have names, joke around here is that we don't eat those that have names!! We have Red, Queenie, Funky, Rockey, Chatterbox, Sugar, Hawk and My Guy. Sounds like a lot, but there are about 40 un-named ones!!

OK, headed to bed, its been a long weekend... and I'm still trying to get better because I miss living and being able to sit at the puter for long periods of time.

Anyways...

Tomorrow I am putting together the last of the info for the JAM CLASS. I will then send out PM's here, and notices on facebook about the schedule for the class and everything we'll cover.

So if you have requests, whether for the class or the schedule send them to me ASAP. I have my class booklet I use on the other classes I've done, but I want to give 15-30 minutes toward anything special someone requests.

...oh, and I will have a level 2 canning class in the future I haven't finished writing the class booklet for. It will cover pressure canning, veggies and other low acid foods. I find Jam to be super fun and easy and a great gateway lesson to the pressure canner. :D
