We were planning on firering up the grill....dogs, burgers and er...um...Chicken? is that wrong? Should we pass on the chicken?

So if you would like to bring a dish let us know what so we can make it well rounded.
We can put a table out for the food with plates, napkins, condiments etc.
This is going to be so much fun!

will there be any electricity available? or are we dependent on grills? We have Pulled Pork and Baked Beans but will need a way to heat them. We smoke our own pork butts, make our bbq sauce and beans. Anyone familiar with Hiawassee, GA has seen our smoker out in front of our sons store.... Fresh Market in the Mountains. Fresh meat and seafood along with our BBQ.

We will have the burgers and dogs, buns, condiments.

So we will start setting up at 10:00 and keep it closed to BYC'rs until 1:00. ?? Should we then open it up to other people after lunch? That way we can sell everything we need to? Please let me know what you all want to do? I am easy.
 
I would love to come. I make some killer hot-wings if anyone would like. I don't have chickens to swap, but cash is ok, right?
