North Idaho / Eastern Washington

Sorry for the delayed response! Thank you so much! He's my favorite! My terminology may not be quite right, but, he's a bantam red, black laced Cochin. He was just a kid in that picture. I still need one of him fully grown but this is his "Growing Up" collage! (yes, I may be a little crazy...):ya
VERY HANDSOME!! it is so fun having chickens, especially when i can take the time to watch them and enjoy them.

Does anybody here know of some non-GMO organic chicken feed available in Eastern Washington? I live in Walla Walla.

I buy in Sandpoint Idaho, non gmo organic feed from Woods Hay and Grain. I know that is quite the drive, but they do offer bulk super sacks at the ton and half ton sizes. Might be worth the drive. They do have a web page so you can google them. I love the chick starter and MEGA layer.

That is a little bit of a drive. I found something called natural farm feed.com near Spokane. They do deliver to the Tri-Cities. But I only have 12 chickens so I'm trying to find somebody who wants to go in the purchase with me to make it worth it. I'm not sure how long I can store it.
I will look up the one that you suggested also. Thanks for responding.

My 2 newest chicks, below is "Feona". She is 1/2 frizzle, 1/4 Blue Isbar, and 1/4 brahma.

this chick is 1/4 brahma, 1/4 Blue Isbar, 1/4 Black australorp, and 1/4 LO, her name is "Mojave"

i believe this is a pullet.

i believe these 2 are cockrels? i think the larger one is the one who is chrowing. he doesnt crow much.. unlike my other cockrels and roosters. P.S. i just saw the one w/the larger comb crowing!!
were these chicks hatched days/week apart? they seem different sizes and ages???

this one looks like a pullet, their combs are different/smaller than the cockrels.

i believe the 2 on the left are cockrels and the 2 in the back are pullets. going by their combs and the larger one is crowing.

sorry my pics are not the best.
the smallest chick may not have the best offspring, since she was different from the other, kwim? the red bottom and no feathers for a month??? i dont know?

@Scrambles55 So, where would you like to meet to hand off the boy wellie? Friday I work until 5, but we're picking up our new dog that evening... Saturday I will be in Sandpoint for a rabbit show (not sure if will stay the whole day or not yet). Sunday however is free... Next day off is next Friday....

I only have 2 rex rabbits currently. Yes, the shows people do bring young ones they're trying to sell. At this point I'm not showing anything, just going to watch to see what it's all about. My brother used to show rabbits in the 80s, but I was so little I don't remember what happened. Also going to see if anyone can mentor me in showing to kind of walk me thru what a good show rabbit looks and feels like. That and someone is selling rexes there, so I want to go look at them too lol.

Would anyone be interested in a Polish cockerel? I have approximately 5 that need to find a new home. 1 white laced gold, 3 blue, and 1 or 2 black/white mottled ones.

Edit to add: I also have 6 Roeun drakes and 1 Harlebelle drake, which would be $15 each. The Polish are free.
