We're thinking to make a vacation of it. I'm just thinking ahead since I have to pick my 3wks of vacation nearly a year in advance and I have lower seniority at work. Sounds good though. We're thinking to bring a camper.

Tabs...there are lots of places in NH and or VT to go. Do a google search. My hometown is just a stone's throw from April's in NH, and she is on the VT border, so wouldn't be far to drive if you wanted to stay in VT instead. Plus NH is chock full of lakes and such, so you are bound to find something you like! The Appalachian Trail runs through some great places...excellent hiking if your kids are up to it by then. Mt. Ascutney is also right there near April (VT side)...that is an awesome climb.
