My Farmstead Creamery will also be open along with are NY made gift shop.

Has anyone mentioned a demonstration on how to process a chicken? I still have never done this and wonder if I even could....

I'd like to learn to do it all by hand. I'm never going to buy one of those whiz-bang things...

I'll help with a demo and bring the turkey fryer as long as lovins is ok with it. Someone is gonna have to bring birds though.
