I ordered this guy from Crackle. He was supposed to be a Plymouth Barred rock. Clearly he is not. Is he just a mutt?

‘He’ appears to be a pullet.. a Splash Amerucauna?
Are her eyes always closed?
No he/she was frightened by the camera. I had ordered some Easter eggers in the same order from Crackle. They were supposed to all be pullets. One turned out to be a rooster and attacked this chicken yesterday. I thought it was maybe because they were both roosters. Both are a month away from full adulthood. I separated the Easter egger but this chicken is still a little on edge from the attack yesterday.

Appears to be a Splash Americauna, but if you ordered EE more than likely you have a EE.
I ordered one Male Barred Rock and 4 Female EE. The EE are all correct, though one is a male. This one is definitely not a Barred Rock..Not sure on the sex either. The male EE attacked it yesterday so I separated him.

If they’re almost a month from “adulthood” then yes to pullet. And I agree likely EE.

Well, it is either a splash Ameraucana or an Easter egger. The way to tell which is which is to look at the undersides of the feet. Yellowish means Easter egger, pinkish white means Ameraucana. I suspect it's a late developing cockerel because the comb is quite red and the other boy attacked it. But not definite yet.
