Not A Good Day, Gotta Laugh Though

I went down to milk my cow and my DD's 4-H lambs got out and snapped my hot wire in front of the gate and knocked it loose. So once it cools off this afternoon I got a gate to fix.
Came in the and dumped a full cup of water on the floor.
Went to trow an old egg away missed and it landed in my purse, which I had open to get something out earlier. I don't think I can wash a purse can I?

On a better note getting tons of stuff done today.
Still can't believe I did that. Got my brand new pocket book too.

Sometimes bad days have a way of working out... Hehe. At least ya got a new purse out of it.

A friend told me to sponge it. Had to tell her the egg was inside my purse not on the outside. Not sure I can get it cleaned out completely. Now I gotta dig out a dfferent purse tyo take to work.
Man that sucker is going to STINK!

Got my pocketbook cleaned off though.

Reminded me of what happened to my friend years ago. She was in line at the drug store waiting to pick up a prescription for her sick child, 2 or 3 years old. She was holding him, and had just opened her purse to pay for the medicine when he vomited---into her purse. The pharmacist said, never mind, here, take the medicine--you can pay me later.

I don't think she was able to salvage the purse.
