Any people on medication that start acting different because of it? I know some people need it for a variety of reasons...but I'm getting, shall we say, totally annoyed, frustrated, p.o.'d in other words, NOT LIKING IT - can I let it out here?

I took prednisone for a bad case of poison ivy last year and almost killed a few people. Nasty stuff.

It's not me, but DH.....PC what kind of prednisone? I don't know him sometimes....

My doc a few years ago changed me from Clexa to Effexor. I was a space cadet. Nothing mattered, nothing hurt, nothing was joyful. I stopped after two weeks.

I'm a happy person, very positive and such,

lot's of times, stuff just rolls off my back, no problem, I just need to vent? Then I'll feel like a fool later on, this is silly, but ...frustration builds up again, and here I am letting it out here. So.... is there a problem? Sometimes seeing it in print puts it in perspective?

We've together 33 years! He's changing, or is it me? But the meds...he needs them for arthritis: Enbrel, prednisone - how ever you spell that stuff, I'm sure there are others - I just don't look anymore, he's grouchy a lot, mostly because he falls asleep early (8 - 9 PM) not bad considering, but up at 3 or 4 a.m. Then gets mad at me if we're at my sister's house and it's 7:00 pm and he's tired, and well, it doesn't matter we have family members visiting from all over....HE'S tired and I have to drive......home while he's snoring and ......sometimes I just want to dump him off on the highway somewhere.....hehehe

OK just kidding....but really.....

I'm the exact same way with prednisone and I could kill them joyfully. Prozac causes the same reaction for me.

Lots of drugs have mental side effects. It sounds like he is frustrated. Have you talked about it? Talked to the dr?
