Not a roo?? Bantams

So this little white bantam chicken Was guessed to be a rooster the last post I made on January 8. The picture I submitted on the eighth is the one with both white and brown chicken in it. The two single photos of the white chicken are from today three weeks later. I’m guessing they are now approaching 13 weeks of age. Do we still think it’s a rooster?

I'd say it's a pullet by I'm unfamiliar with that breed.
