Not all predators have fur on them

My 3rd Flock was killed by my neighbor. They free-ranged during the day and were secure in coop at night. Got up one morning and the coop door was wide open and there was devastation throughout the coop. I confronted my evil neighbor and he did not deny what he'd done. He didn't even like them in his back yard (full of grubs). He then put a statue of a very large rooster on the property line. He didn't even want any of my eggs.
He moved away, YEAH, and my new neighbor loves my chickens and their eggs.
