Solved Not allowed to see past usernames

When I click on the “past usernames” button, I get this:

For any user, and on any device or browser.

That's what it's set to, though in that case, it seems like non-staff members shouldn't even see the option to view the history.

It’s been like that for a while. I first noticed when Happy changed her name. I just thought it was because only mods could see it.

Interesting. I wonder why we can’t see it? Wouldn’t that be helpful?

People change their usernames for many reasons, one of which is their own privacy, security or safety. No one but Staff should be allowed to see past usernames.
