One of my silkie hens has very watery poops. what should I do?

Not since she has been with me just over a week now

What are you feeding her currently? Feed brand and type also any extra foods.

Has she been on any medications like antibiotics recently?

Edit: Also how hot has it been there? When it gets 80F+ they will drink considerable amounts of water which can water down their poop.

no meds.
weather in UK is changeable but nothing severe. Fresh water is always available
she is fed a mix of free-range layer pellets, free-range mash, mixed corn, egg food, occasionally UK bred meal worms, oyster shell grit, cant think of anything else but she does free range in my yard
