Not bumblefoot - please help

My poor girl has the sore on her foot. It looks like bumblefoot in the fact that the sore almost look like it could be pulled out. But, the sore is soft, it's not like a bumblefoot where it's black. Maybe it's a different stage? Any ideas? She's wrapped with vetricyn spray and prid.

@casportpony alright today I'm convinced it's bumblefoot. The edges has that classic dark bumblefoot texture. I didn't pull out a core though, that very center part bleeds it's not like the core. Maybe it didn't get far enough alone in the infection and I need to let the swelling go down. I don't want to poke and prod. Thoughts??

One more question while you're here. Two of my ducks have this odd tear in their flipper that makes part of it pointy. It's so weird. Any ideas what? Not related to the hole. The hole has been there awhile.
