Well done! Might want to reinforce the insides with hardware cloth as rabbits like to chew, chew, chew. Years ago when we raised rabbits the most common problem we had was keeping predators out, and keeping the rabbits from chewing their way out. And the urine they produce will eventually ruin any type of wire so plan to replace any wire bottoms on a regular basis. Can't wait to see the finished product and the rabbits.

It looks very well built, so far. But, I don't comprehend the design.

I suppose that you will have wire-mesh flooring and traps underneath to catch the "droppings".

It is my understanding that rabbits will chew the wood frame. That is one reason people use wire-mesh hutches (cages).

Be sure to show us finished pictures. I expect it will turn out nice. I hope it is convenient to use.

We will have a few for pets but the rest will be sold as breeders or meat. Its hard to find these rabbits around here so i hope we do well as soon as they start popping them out......jim
