Not Cocci or Worms?

I'm a first-time chicken owner with four chickens (3.5-5 months old, none laying yet) that have had small bits of red mucus in their droppings for the last 4 weeks. I initially treated for coccidiosis (with Corid), then after a week with no change I treated for worms with Safe Guard Aquasol. They had their last dose of Aquasol yesterday, and still seeing the red mucus in their droppings. They haven't grown as rapidly in the last month, and one has a paler comb than usual -- they're otherwise eating, drinking, and behaving normally.

Any advice on next steps? I don't know if I should wait and see if it resolves or seek additional treatment -- they don't have a vet. Thank you!!

Treating with Corid won’t hurt so if you have some it might be best to start them on it. Here is a dosage chart

Welcome To BYC

Can you post photos of the birds and their poop?

What do you feed, including treats?

I've included photo of the chicken with pale comb (next to my other pullets who are same age) and dropping with mucus below. They're pullets, so mostly eating grower mash but they do free range in our yard for an hour or so daily -- they have access to my vegetable beds, compost pile, etc.

Here is the poop, plus a photo of my pullet with the pale comb -- she is standing next to my other pullets of similar age. Thank you!

The poop looks to have some intestinal shedding. I'd give them all some probiotics.

The pale pullet (Plymouth Barred Rock) looks fine to me, she's a pretty girl! She's just pale due to being young and not in lay.
Not all breeds or even siblings mature at the same age, so it's really hard to compare one to another.

You don't mention what her age is, you gave a range of 3.5-5months for all. Imho, I wouldn't expect her to really start to redden up until around week 23-25 and come into lay at somewhere between 26-32weeks (could be sooner, could be much later - Surprise!!😅)
Ime, PBR's can be a little slow to mature, but once they come into lay, they are very good layers.
