My chickens are about 10 weeks and yesterday I went out to check on them and my heart sank, one was laying in the sun and looked like rigormortise (SP) had set in. She was all stretched out on her side and stiff legged. NOT DEAD---Just enjoying the sun. LOL Oh, and when they roost, their heads hang and necks streached out like they have just died in their sleep!
