Not eating, drinking excessive, vomiting? Lethargy

She ate well yesterday. This morning I felt the crop and it did feel more normal not so huge and full of water. Have been giving coconut oil with the cream in order to suck that into syringe. She seems better or not so lethargic walking around cage looking .. drinking less today too.still to see a normal pop but it's looking like there is some brown in her watery pop today.. so a small improvement. Also she didn't vomit this morning when I gave her medicine.
Made her a porridge with yoghurt and a boiled egg..
which she is eating.
How long to continue with the antifungal cream?
You want to give want to give the anti-fungal cream 2 times a day for a full 7 days.

I'm glad that she is improving a little, this is hopeful.

Thank you @Wyorp Rock . You have been such a great help and I look forward to your replies every day..
Yes I thought she turned corner but j think you might be right with a partial blockage.. yesterday after eating well all day and having good appetite her crop did seem quite hard and ball like,
Still no formed poop very diarrhoea but some solid matter in there not only water like it was.
And it's been nearly 40 degrees the last few days here in Australia that also doesn't help.. I have been bringing her ice packs and cold water, frozen peas etc.. but with that kind of poop I really can't bring her in the house as my sick cage is just a mesh pet one.
Should I try massaging the lump.. withholding food to see if crop empties?

Is the crop still full in the morning before she eats/drinks?

You should be able to feel food/water in there if she's been eating well, the only way to know if it's getting better is to check first thing.

Wow! You are having some hot weather right now! I would expect poop to be loose in those temperatures due to a lot of drinking.
If you find the crop not empty in the morning, then I might withhold food for the morning, but let her have plenty of water. Give a bit of oil, your cream and if the crop is hard, then massage. If the crop is fluid then don't massage.
I would let her have some food - maybe a wet mash. For treats, I would not give anything like scratch, go with something like scrambled/hard boiled egg, watermelon (YUM for hot days and hydrating) or a few cut up grapes, etc.
