Not egg bound? Help!

I've had a hen who's been "egg bound" for about a month. I know that sounds bad but hear me out. When I found her all swollen bottomed I freaked, gave her calcium, a hot bath, Epsom salt, oil up her butt, I even put my finger in there to try to see what was going on and felt nothing. Her bum hasn't gotten any bigger or smaller or harder or softer. She's been acting Completely normal other than the fact that she's still not laying. What wlse could be going on???? Can a chicken even be egg bound this long? She's eating and pooping regularly. Her vent looks healthy. I can't feel and egg but her under back side in swollen and a little hard.

Thank you. I reached out to the person who posted that thread. Hopefully she can help me determine if that's what's wrong with her
