Not egg bound?

Have you checked her temp?

Yes, please check her temp. Best way to do that is just like a baby, with a rectal thermometer and a dab of ointment. In this case, I'd use triple antibiotic ointment (no pain reliever), just to be on the safe side, in case there's a possibility of peritonitis or injury. It couldn't possibly hurt, and might help. :idunno

I have no way to check her temp and it's stressing me. All I have is an children's ear thermometer. I'm going to buy a mercury thermometer first thing in the morning.
Her droppings don't at all seem yolk colored. She has had 2 movements since we've tube fed her. I took pictures
What do you think?

First movement since tube fed vitamins.

Second movement afte vitamins.

High in urates (the white, which is like our urine, but theirs is solid-ish), but since she's not eating much, that's to be expected. Not a bad color, though. Well within the range of normal.

Don't stress too much about not being able to check her temp, yet. You're doing your best. You'll get there. We'll do whatever we can, long distance, to help you get her well again.

I suppose it could be possible to use it right under her wing, where the wing meets the body, though it won't read exact. It would be sort of like using an oral thermometer under your arm.

Oh, that's also assuming it reads high enough. Chickens average 105 to 109 body temperature.

Not much change as of this morning. She won't stand long. Her crop still has the fluids I tube fed her.. Her comb does have more color but aside from that she is still in bad shape.
I'm going to just take her into the vet
