I didn't comment originally as the post was a rant and other than sympathy I had nothing to add. So any order should be filled as ordered and not substitute with items that come close, like a waterer that's to big or small. As to who picked it up, they are just the truck driver. Unless they are given as list, bill of lading, and told to check, They hold no blame. Some times when a posted reply adds a fact to make a point and someone else picks it up, there are too many who want to add that fact into the original post. That happens in face to face conversations too, but it shouldn't happen when the words are there to be checked.
