Not hatched but through membrane can see yolk sac

How can I help it absorb it faster because it’s going to hatch soon

Just leave it. It probably won't hatch until ready. Is it day 21? They often take over 24 hrs to hatch.

the chick already had an issue with bleeding when another chick pecked at its membrane. It’s currently day 23. I had to assist in removing the shell because it had been 36 hours since pip and hole and its still alive and breathing. But most of it shell is off. It’s not trying to hatch really at all just small attempts but it’s membrane is still intact. But it’s yolk appears to still be unabsorbed.

There's really nothing you can do. Attempting to get it out when its not absorbed the yolk may well kill it.
