Okay so my one hen was laying eggs normally and then we got new chicks (which the older one Hates) and then she went broody do I expected no eggs but it's been quite a while since she got back to normal so I thought she would be laying by now. But it looks like she is molting because this morning I opened the pen and there were alottt of feathers. But arnt chickens supposed to molt more in late summer ? Because it's still like the beginning of summer ! And I just moved the little ones in the coop that the older chicken sleeps in ... So maybe that's causing her stress in some way ?
