Not laying eggs

I have a flock of 5 chickens (2 RIR and 3 austrolorp) I have had since March 2014. All but one (austrolorp I believe) are laying eggs. I have them in a pen with a rooster(buff Orpington) which I got in sept 2014. The other 4 have signs of being mounted but not this one and she seems always to be kind of seperate from the rest. Any suggestions?

Might I ask how you have concluded she has never entered into production? If you are basing it solely on signs of being mounted, that is not a reliable way of establishing that. Because not every hen lays an egg every day you can't use daily egg counts to determine who is or isn't laying. That is exactly how I was determining it. Thank you for the information. I have so much to learn.
