Not laying yet this spring?

I have a turkey hen that is right under 2. She laid fine last year up until the major Tornado. And she is not laying yet this year. Should I be worried? Or should I be looking for another source of baby turkey's?

What month did she start laying last year? What are your temps? Is it possible that she is sneaking off and laying somewhere else? Mine do it all the time. There have been times where I have accidentally found a clutch of up to 20 eggs that they have layed without me even knowing it. The went over to the neighbor's barn and hid the nest from me.
