My 10 pullets started laying around 17 weeks, now at 20 weeks they are up to laying 9 eggs a day for 4 days now. Is it possible one is just being a late comer or do I have a non layer? Or am I being impatient?

My pullets are 20 weeks and aren't laying yet, so you might just have a late comer.

They don’t all lay an egg every day.....just because you have 10 hens doesn’t mean you will get 10 eggs every day. Just an FYI.
I can hope. They are ISA Browns so I'm hoping great layers!

ISA browns are great layers but not everyone will lay in the same weekly pattern. ISA browns are known to burn out quickly, I’ve never had one so I can’t say for sure but just something to keep in mind.
