Not laying

6 hens all the same age. Started getting 5 eggs a-day several weeks now. But one of them is not laying, any reason for this?

Some just mature more slowly than others - just like people.

Keep in mind, that getting 5 eggs a day, every day, for several weeks does not mean that one bird is not laying - depending on breed, each bird may only be contributing 3-6 eggs a week to the total egg count, meaning there is at least one day a week when one or the other of them is not laying and that all 6 could easily be contributing to the total count. Have you examined them to assess for whether they are actively producing beyond just the egg counts?
