Not moving around hen - egg bound?

No, no solid egg. We are now on 3 weeks like this and she has only laid 4 eggs in this time, all 4 are weird shaped and lumpy. The egg she laid the day after this was a lash egg.
I'm sorry she's not doing well.

If she's passing lash eggs, then you can try treating her with an antibiotic to see if she improves for a period of time.
Amoxicillin is a good choice. 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 7-10 days.

I'd also provide her with Extra Calcium to hopefully help her push material on out.
You can find Calcium Citrate with D3 in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give 1 tablet daily, just pull down on her wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.

Hiya, thanks. She only passed one lash egg, and no eggs since. Taken her to the vet another 2 times since, Wednesday and Friday. Wednesday she had a fever and the vet gave "antipyretic" (a Tylenol or paracetamol shot) and an antibiotic which was repeated on Friday. Started a dewormer (flubenvet) friday night on all of them.

She has seriously gone downhill since, not eating or drinking, didn't even go in to the coop herself to sleep last night. Today she's really lethargic, wobbly to walk and droopy wings. Spent 99% of the day sat in the same spot. I don't think she will last the night and no vets today or tomorrow (Bank Holiday).

Poor thing has really given up, I just don't know what is wrong with her. I've got videos if you need but so so sad, didn't think anyone really needed that...

I'm sorry that she's getting worse.
Sadly, they often they do with conditions like Salpingitis. The caseous material can block the reproductive system and invade the abdominal cavity as well. Sometimes a hen may be bound when trying to expel a lash egg as well.

Possibly. She's really not walking well, I suppose that would come with it. Here she is keeping me company while i tidy up the garden sat on a dandelion trying her best to eat!
