Not Roosting at 16 Weeks Old

Hello, I have 20 16 week old isa browns who will not roost at night, they all just huddle in a corner. They all climb the roost during daytime so they know how to use it but for some reason won't sit on it at night time. I don't really mind them sleeping on the floor I just think that it's a bit odd.

Any suggestions as to why they do this?

Do they get into the coop before it's dark? Perhaps if they're going in too late they can't see it well enough to comfortably get up there.

They usually go in when it's just kind of gray out,not still sunny but not black either.

They are now 19 weeks old and still won't roost.
