It is possible for a hen to be broody and actually be sitting in the middle of the coop not on any eggs? Her behavior is acting totally broody she’s not laying and staying in one spot acting like she has eggs under her but there is none. It’s been two days now….. is something wrong with her? We took her down and she ate and drank but went right back up!

100% possible. She's broody. Some chickens (very common with Silkies and Bantam Cochins) don't need a box or eggs to go broody. Best to break her if you don't plan on hatching.
Wow ok never seen it before maybe I’ll slip some under her than lol

did you look under the shavings? I have found some buried in my coop. just a thought. I also have a broody silky hen that is nesting in the middle of the coop. I moved her and the 2 eggs, but she moved them right back where she wants them.
All hens are different.
