Not sour crop or cocci

My little hen is roached and hangs her head. She does not seek food but rather stands until prodded to do otherwise. She eats when I offer her food (yoghurt and soft boiled egg) but she will not take water. Crop was full by end of day yesterday and empty this morning. She is probably dehydrated. How do we give water if she won't take it? A syringe? Your comments welcome.

How old is she?
You can give water with a tsp and dribble it on the side of their beak. Or some tube it.
