That's very sad. Dog saliva is loaded with bacteria, and if any part of the wound goes deeper than just superficial, you probably need to give her a round of an oral antibiotic to counter it. If you see tooth punctures anywhere on the skin, and it's already turning red around the marks, your chicken has already got a bad infection.

You will need to clean and flush the wound daily and keep it moist at all times with a topical ointment until it heals.
