Not sure if my chicken is molting or there’s an issue

Can chickens molt back to back? I have a Japanese bantam hen that recently molted about 2 months ago. Now she seems be be molting again? Her comb and wattles are pale, hasn’t been laying, sparce feathers on her face and she’s loosing her tail feathers as well. No mites and I haven’t seen any evidence of internal parasites.

Do you have a cockerel ? you say she just molted ? they usually do not molt in the summer months

I've had the same problem too. I put my hen inside and keep her there for a mouth and a half feeding her vitamins and chicken medicine also spraying poultry antibiotic on her back where she didn't have feathers and she recovered and had all feathers back. though the flock was skeptic of her but they accepted her after a couple of days.

I refill with fresh water daily and they have a free feeder of all flock feed all day every day. They have a good sized run with plenty of light and shade. They get scraps like tomatoes pasta yogurt etc. I do have a rooster who is also a Japanese bantam. I also have two other bantam hens in with them and I don’t see anyone bullying or the roo favoring anyone.

She did molt though she lost all her tail feathers and regrew them within a few weeks but she seems to be doing the same thing now. My roo molted around the same time as her but he is not currently loosing any feathers just my hen.

This is their coop and run. I don’t get to free range them because I free range my flock of standard sized birds and don’t want them getting picked on.

they tail feather's and head feathers are probably form you boy no molt take him out for some time her feathers will come back

I actually have one other girl I’m working on putting in with them but I’m trying to buy another to introduce them together. She’s still kinda young so I’m waiting a little while longer before I put her in and hopefully I can get ahold of another gal by the time she’s old enough.
