All cockerels except for maybe the white d'Uccle.

It is a 11-12 week old possible EE/orp mix.

That's a cockerel. Note the well developed comb, a pullet's comb would be barely visible in profile. And then there is the patchiness to the blue through the wing/shoulder area, which is another indicator of a cockerel. Plus he's got some male saddle feathers already visible.
